Installation Solution Of Architectural Mesh: plane tension profile
The wire mesh element can be tensioned at multiple levels using a
flat tension fastening solution consisting of flat tension
profiles, wedge screws and compression springs. Especially in
external applications, the structural characteristics require the
use of compression springs. Compression springs provide sufficient
elasticity to the wire mesh when exposed to their respective loads;
however, a solid underlying structure is required to absorb the
load generated on and below the facade. Intermediate mounting is
provided on each layer with a circular tube and cable connector
that is placed behind the screen. Flat profile fixing liquid can be
used with all kinds of wire mesh board except cable mesh board.
